(There is also a Facebook page for "The White House", and "Michelle Obama", where you can comment on various posts, but they don't have a "message" capability.)
SENATORS: Call switchboard, (202) 225-3121 and ask for your Senator's office. If you don't know either name, contact your local municipal office.
Each Senator also has an email, so you may ask for that when reaching his or her office.
REPRESENTATIVES: Call switchboard, (202) 224-3121, following the same manner as Senators. Again, if you don't know your single Rep's name, your library of city office can provide it.
